Pu'erh tea is a fermented tea. It is a unique tea due to its fermentation process and can be sold loose or in compressed cakes. Pu'erh is known for its earthy flavour that changes and improves like a fine wine. Due to the fermentation process Pu'erh has probiotics and is rich in antioxidants.
